Capacity is the whole story with a swim bag. Pick the row that matches what actually goes in it.
| Capacity | Best for | What fits |
|---|---|---|
| Under 20L | Learn to swim | Towel, cap, goggles, spare togs |
| 20–35L | Club training | Towel, kickboard, pull buoy, water bottle |
| 35–45L | Meets & away trips | Towel, two pairs of fins, kickboard, pull buoy, spare kit |
| 45L+ | Squad & coaches | A full kit plus shared club gear |
Every bag is measured flat and empty. Mesh bags give a little, roll-tops lose a few litres once rolled shut.
